There are a ton of cool new features in ASP.NET 2.0, but getting rid of the Web project file is at the top of the list for me. I can't tell you how many times I've wanted to add a new file to a Web project in VS.NET 2003 only to find out that it has been checked out of VSS by another user and I am forced to wait. God bless the ASP.NET team for putting in the
Open Web Site dialog and getting rid of that damn project file!
